It’s no secret that I am Centennial Park wedding photographer. Only minutes from Sydney’s CBD, Centennial Park a sprawling expanse of forests, paddocks and lakes, and a photographers dream. In fact, Britt and I used Centennial Park for our own wedding portraits too! I was thrilled when Rosa & George told me they loved Centennial Park and Centennial Homestead just as much as I did.
Their ceremony was held in the beautiful St Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church in Punchbowl. Rich in ancient traditions and melodies, the ceremony was a truly divine experience, as you would expect from any Orthodox Christian sacrament. Pair this with the golden hour light as Rosa & George frolicked in the long grass and pine grove at Centennial Park and you’ve got a perfect combination. Rosa & George were hoping for an intimate garden wedding, and despite an impressive 250 people on the guest list, the marquee at Centennial Homestead provided the perfect ambience and easily accommodated their guests.
If you’re having a wedding at Centennial Park or Centennial Homestead, and looking for a Centennial Park wedding photographer who knows the lay of the land like the back of his hand, look no further. I would love to hear from you.
