Born in Sydney, I inherited my love for photography from my father, who spent much of his youth in the family’s photography studio in the outskirts of suburban Cairo. Watching his dedication to his craft was an incredibly inspirational part of my childhood and to this day fuels me to see the world through the lens of my own camera.
The human expression of emotion also fascinates me.
I believe that a photographer’s true skill is revealed in the way their photographs tell a story – a story of love and life. My wedding photography is simply that. Your story, told.
You probably won’t find me orchestrating people around to look good for the camera. I let the moment speak for itself. It is this photojournalistic approach that yields powerful images. By keeping it natural and candid, I can showcase those true moments of our lives that we never want to forget.
