The Grounds of Alexandria would have to be up there as one of my all time favourite wedding venues in Sydney. It’s a gorgeous venue with rustic charm, amazing styling and mouth watering food. The perfect location for a boho wedding as I found out at Alison & Jimil’s Indian-inspired boho soiree. Alison completely stole the show (as the bride should!) in her stunning Grace Loves Lace gown, and we were lucky to have the entire grounds to ourselves for some serious portrait-taking. Booyah! Alison and her bridesmaids hand crafted their own bouquets after a early-morning dash to the flower markets and Alison accented her boho look with some ornate traditional Indian jewellery. Jimil’s parents and sisters flew in from India especially for the occasion making it all the more special.
Photographing weddings at The Grounds is always a real treat. They have an attention to detail that is second to none. If you’re looking for a The Grounds of Alexandria wedding photographer, don’t hesitate to get in touch. It’s a rad spot and I’d love to create some amazing frames with you too.
