Where do I even start?! Shawna & Danny’s gorgeous tropical Fiji wedding was a massive highlight of 2014.
Where else can you combine pristine tropical beaches, incredible sunsets over the Pacific Ocean and a rich local history & culture that is totally unmatched? With forty of their closest friends & family flying across to celebrate with them, it turned into more of a wedding week, than a wedding day. And… did I mention that the sunset light is just freaking magical?
Their ceremony was held on the gorgeous beach that spanned the entire length of the Warwick Fiji Resort & Spa and they partied the night away at the adjoining Wicked Walu Restaurant which sat on an outcrop from the mainland, completely surrounded by the tropical waters. And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, the night ended with a spectacular fire-dancing performance from a group of traditional Polynesian dancers that left everyone absolutely awe-struck.
I guess I can now add Fiji wedding photography to my slowly growing repertoire of wedding destinations, and I’m absolutely itching to get back there. If you or anyone you know is having a Fiji wedding then be sure to get in touch with me – I’d love to do it all again!
